Fallene Wells
I’m Fallene Wells, founder of Your Catalyst for Growth. My greatest fulfillment comes from helping others break free from limiting beliefs and discovering the courage to lead fulfilling, authentic lives.
My journey in entrepreneurship began in 2003 in the beauty industry, where I worked my way up from receptionist to stylist, educator, and salon owner. In 2013, my husband Kyle and I opened a salon, growing it into a team-based business that achieved B Corporation status and was named one of Salon Today’s Top 200 Salons three times. We also pioneered sustainability as Colorado’s first Green Circle Salon. Over time, I developed mentorship programs for stylists and managers, eventually passing the business to our manager before moving to Spain to pursue a new chapter of growth.
Before my salon journey, I produced fashion shows to support local designers and competed on Project Runway, where I learned powerful lessons about leadership, resilience, and the value of failure.
Through my experiences, I’ve learned that growth starts with believing in yourself and taking bold steps forward. I’m here to empower you with the tools, perspective, and support to unlock your potential and overcome challenges. Let’s grow together!
